Warehouse Associate Tues-Thurs 11am-6pm

We are the #1 provider in OK for cash handling machine repairs and sales to casinos, banks and other entities. This is a direct hire position for a new team member who is professional yet enjoys office humor.
Summary
The Warehouse Associate ensures that the warehouse is maintained on a regular basis and assists in inventory control activities for the Parts Warehouse and Service Vehicle Inventories as directed by the Inventory Manager. The Warehouse Associate position is an entry level position at FEC with potential career path to Preventative Maintenance Technician in one year then Service Technician.
Responsibilities
o Clean warehouse, parts areas, outdoor grounds and parking lot
o Empty trash cans throughout office buildings
o Conduct daily physical counts of Service Vehicle Inventories based on an established count schedule and enter results into inventory control system for review by the Inventory Supervisor.
o Assist in maintaining organization of the Parts Warehouse and other storage areas.
o Assist Inventory Supervisor in researching variances of Service Vehicle Inventory counts (Cycle Count).
o Process replenishment of Service Vehicle stock levels to the established repair kit levels.
o Assist as needed in processing inventory receipt transactions through the inventory control system for posting by the Inventory Supervisor.
o Assist in staging equipment for shipment to customer and parts for pick up by service technicians.
o Unload shipments of equipment and parts received from vendors.
o Participate in monthly physical counts of all inventory warehouses, as well as special inventories conducted in partnership by our consignment vendors.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
o Ability to drive stand-up fork lift in tight spaces

o Strong ability to read and match orders on shipping tickets to items picked
o Familiarity with use of hand trucks and pallet jacks
o Computer skills to include experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
o Ability to perform basic math functions
Education
High school diploma or GED

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
