POSITION SUMMARY
This position reports to the Production Supervisor and has responsibilities for the finishing of TWG products by preparing, painting and inspecting products.
This position is also responsible for, with authority to follow ISO procedures, initiate action to prevent problems, document quality problems, contribute to problem solutions, verify implementation of solutions, control further processing when a problem is identified, protect the environment, including preventing pollution, analyzing or identifying areas for correction or improvement.
This position will contribute to the success of the operations of TWG by performing the following duties personally as listed in the Essential Duties and Responsibilities section as directed. Other essential duties and responsibilities may be assigned as required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (functions): TWG expects all employees to work safety without injury maintaining the highest safety standards in compliance with Company safety policies.
Processes products according to the PS100 paint specification manual and other controlled documents.
Successfully applies coatings per manufacturer s specifications.
Preparation of parts, pieces, assemblies for painting.
Mixes coatings per manufacturer s specifications.
Required to maintain accurate and timely transactions in the ERP system.
Maintains and cleans paint equipment and paint areas.
May be required to train other employees and help in other departments as directed.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
