As a Billing Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing processes, maintaining financial records, and providing support to the accounting department.
This vital role in our organization requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Duties:
-Generate invoices -Post bills to QuickBooks -Reconcile monthly bills to invoice -Audit payments -Run distributions -Process premium distribution and ACH pulls -Assist with eligibility inquires, enrollments, and disenrollments Skills:
-Knowledge of accounting principles and practices -Strong Excel Skills -High level of Critical Thinking -Experience with QuickBooks a plus Job Type:
