Therapy Assistant Job
Responsibilities:
1) Promotes and maintains health by being knowledgeable in the services and therapies we offer and being able to operate all the therapies offered.
2) Contributes to the effectiveness of the treatment plan by identifying individual client's needs.
Example:
High Stress Clients, child needs a private room etc 3) Administers treatment programs for clients.
4) Is able to modify a client's treatment plan in order to help achieve the client's goals.
5) Documents client care services by charting in client and department records.
6) Performs therapeutic procedures by properly operating therapy / service equipment 7) Instructs and counsels clients by describing therapeutic regimens, managing client expectations, and promoting wellness and health maintenance.
8) Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations, and adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.
9) Maintains production objectives by noting current treatment trends and monitoring actual day to day utilization of therapies/services 10) Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading periodicals, asking questions, and being aware of client's needs and preferences 11) Is able to cross train and work multiple areas of the business as dictated by operational needs.
12) Able to answer the phone, answer questions, and schedule appointments.
Work Hours and Benefits -Work Hours:
