Joseph Grijalva Tulster was created in a two-car garage out of a desire for excellence in 2012.
Having grown into a successful business, Tulster designs, produces, and distributes concealed carry holsters across the United States.
As Social Media & e-Commerce Assistant, you will be pivotal in spreading brand awareness and maintaining excellence on social media.
The candidate should have a proven track record of creating, implementing, and managing multiple tasks, systems, and processes.
This person must have a strong sense of urgency and commitment to completing tasks efficiently with high consistency and accuracy.
The ideal candidate will work well with minimal supervision at times, gradually taking on more responsibility and leadership within the team.
This individual should exhibit drive and desire to influence; however, the overriding markers of their behavior are persistence, attention to detail, and consistency.
Social Media You will manage social media on all major platforms.
This includes creating engaging content, staying up to date on social media trends, monitoring social media analytics such as engagement and reach, and responding to comments and direct messages.
You will also increase brand awareness by building relationships with social media influencers.
You will maintain consistent communication with people who review our products and keep them up-to-date on product launches.
e-Commerce As an extension of the Marketing Team, this position will require some understanding of promoting and selling products and collaborating with our internal and external marketing teams in setting up promotions, managing sales, updating copy or imagery throughout the e-commerce platforms, and reviewing marketing material.
A background in marketing is a bonus but not required.
You will assist as needed in various marketing operations, including product listing creation and maintenance, along with system integrations.
While e-commerce experience is a plus, it is not needed.
On-the-job training with a willingness to learn is desired.
Weekly/Daily Responsibilities ? Manage all aspects of social media.
Post engaging content on social media daily and monitor analytics.
Respond to comments and direct messages.
Be the primary point of contact with influencers.
Platforms (including but not limited to):
Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, TikTok, X, etc.
? Assist in various marketing operations as needed.
Collaborate on marketing strategies.
Create product listings.
Program discount codes.
Update website banners and images.
Proofread and approve marketing materials.
Maintain Tulster support website.
General Skills &
Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Computer skills:
Tulster uses Apple products such as the iMac Adobe Suite software Basic math, reading, and writing skills Proofreading skills Reliable and punctual Good communication and time management Willingness to comply with all firearm safety guidelines at all times Organizational skills and the ability to take initiative Multitasking, time management, and prioritization skills Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
