The ideal candidate:
Prior experience in customer service is preferred; veterinary experience is a plus Team player and eager to jump in where needed People-person with exceptional customer service, organization, and communication skills Committed to a career in veterinary medicine with interest in growth and ongoing training Computer savvy/able to learn our software quickly Candidates must have hands-on experience in the following areas:
General front desk duties Client communication and education Managing multiple phone lines Multi-tasking Greeting clients Booking appointments/scheduling General Hospital cleaning
